How to make a claim
If you have an emergency, call the claims number immediately. Check your
policy documents for a toll free emergency number to call. These hotline
numbers are staffed 24/7 by medical professionals ready to help. They can
provide emergency assistance but cannot (and will not) provide general
inquiry information.
Most claims are paid direct to the service provider. In the event you
have eligible out-of-pocket expenses, please keep all original
receipts.
